Visits

How booking works

From first message to a plan you can follow at home.

  1. Step 01

    Tell us the problem

Message on WhatsApp or call the clinic. Describe the body area, how long it has been going on, and what you need to return to.

  2. Step 02

    Assessment visit

A clinician watches you move, asks about history, and explains what they see. You leave with plain language, not jargon.

  3. Step 03

    Plan you can follow

Exercise, manual care, or a referral to another department on site. The plan fits your week, not a generic sheet.

  4. Step 04

    Review and adjust

Progress is checked against your goals. The plan changes when your body or your schedule changes.

Conditions

Common topics

Short guides — not a diagnosis. Emergency symptoms need urgent care.

  • Physiotherapist assisting a patient with shoulder resistance training in clinic

    Condition guide

    Frozen shoulder

Stiffness that limits reaching overhead or behind the back. Care usually mixes gentle range work with a plan for pain, and it can take months. A clinician checks that the shoulder, not the neck, is the main driver.

  • Therapist treating upper back and spine during a manual therapy session

    Condition guide

    Spine

Neck and back pain from posture, lifting, or a flare of a longer problem. The visit looks at movement, nerve symptoms, and which positions ease or provoke pain.

  • Patient lying supine for calm breathing and rib mobility work after medical clearance

    Condition guide

    Chest pain

New or severe chest pain needs urgent medical care first. Physio may later help with rib, posture, or breathing stiffness once a doctor has ruled out an emergency.

  • Person gently touching the face during neuromuscular recovery awareness exercises

    Condition guide

    Facial palsy

Facial weakness needs a careful look at the cause. Therapy, when appropriate, focuses on gentle movement and avoiding over-forcing the face.

  • Physiotherapist measuring and assessing a patient's leg and hip range of motion

    Condition guide

    Hip pain

Hip and groin pain can come from the joint, tendons, or the way you walk. Assessment includes walking, strength, and how the back and knee share load.

  • Clinician supervising light strengthening exercises for joint-friendly movement

    Condition guide

    Arthritis

Joint wear does not mean you should stop moving. Sessions aim for manageable activity, strength, and ways to pace painful days.

Notes from visits

What people often mention

Anonymous summaries from typical visit types — not promises of outcomes.

  • “I came in assuming I needed one type of treatment. The assessment showed it was hip load, not the knee I was pointing at. That saved me weeks of guessing.”

Office worker, back to walking commute

  • “Our child’s session was paced for a six-year-old. We left with three short games to try at home instead of a long list we would never finish.”

    Parent, pediatric movement visit

  • “After a stroke, the focus was standing and transfers first. Small wins were named each week, which made the longer rehab feel possible.”

    Family member, neurological rehab

FAQ

Before you write to us

Sudden or severe symptoms should go to emergency services, not a routine clinic visit.

Not for booking on WhatsApp. Bring any doctor notes you already have. The clinic will say if something needs urgent hospital care instead.
